To grow its advertising side of the business, Rovi needed to quickly launch a new microsite. I stepped in as interim product marketing manager to ensure that key business objectives were being met. I was also responsible for writing site content and partnering with the web design vendor and internal web team for its development.

Rolling out a new channel framework worldwide — with enhanced assessment criteria, program categories, discount evaluation, and benefits — is a huge team effort. I was recruited for this project to help drive the new program messaging for both the internal audience (channel sales teams) and the external audience (current and prospective partners). The program guide was one of the key communication deliverables.
